Governance

At Veridos Netset, we contribute to trusted identities through reliable solutions for governments and their citizens. We believe that long-term business success depends on acting with integrity, responsibility and trust.

Compliance and Integrity

Responsible governance, legal compliance, and integrity are the foundation of what we do. Our Veridos Code of Conduct serves as a point of reference for legally compliant and correct conduct in everyday work. Our Group-wide Compliance Management System (CMS) helps us to comply with laws, identify risks and problems, and look into legal breaches. Concerns can also be reported anonymously via our  whistleblowing tool. Our goal is for Veridos to remain a trusted company, and to strengthen it in this position. Responsible management as well as the integrity of all employees, play a crucial role in this.

Our goals

We will continue regular training of employees, maintenance and constant further development of our Compliance Management System, and our zero-tolerance approach towards corruption.

Human Rights & Responsible Supply Chains

Respecting and protecting human rights is a fundamental part of our values and our approach to responsible governance. Through our Code of Conduct, we are committed to nationally and internationally recognized principles and standards, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

We support the Group's commitment to protecting human rights throughout its operations and supply chains. This includes identifying potential human rights risks and taking appropriate measures to prevent or minimize them, in accordance with legal requirements and our shared values.

Our Goals

Building on our Compliance Management System, we support the Group's approach to human rights due diligence and responsible supply chain management.

Data Privacy

Data privacy and security are central to our Corporate Digital Responsibility. We recognize our obligations towards employees, business partners, and customers, particularly when handling sensitive personal information.

Through our expertise in national registers and identity document management, protecting citizens' data is an essential part of our work. We support the Group-wide approach to standardized data privacy and security practices.

Our Goals

We aim to maintain high standards of data privacy through continued compliance with applicable data protection requirements and relevant Group policies, including Binding Corporate Rules where applicable.

Social

Appreciation & Respect

At Veridos Netset, we value the individuality and personal circumstances of every employee. Appreciation and mutual respect are fundamental to our company culture. We strive to create a working environment where everyone feels valued, supported and encouraged to grow.

Diversity, Inclusion & Equal Opportunities

We are committed to an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued and equal opportunities are available to everyone. Employees are recognized for their abilities, contributions and performance. By embracing different perspectives and experiences, we strengthen collaboration and our collective success.

Human Rights & Labour Standards

We are committed to respecting and protecting human rights in accordance with applicable laws and internationally recognized standards, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

These principles guide our conduct towards employees and business partners. Beyond legal compliance, we promote fairness, social inclusion and respect for individual rights.

Inclusive Solutions in Our Product Portfolio

We recognize legal identity as a fundamental human right and support the United Nations' goal of providing legal identity for everyone by 2030 (SDG 16.9).

Legal identity enables people to participate in social, political and economic life. Yet approximately 800 million people worldwide still lack official identification, limiting their access to essential rights and services.

Through our expertise in national registers, identity document management and digital identity solutions, we contribute to the development of reliable identification systems that support governments and their citizens.
